The Role at a glance :

We are looking to add an experienced Registered Dietitian to our Hospitality team in Natchitoches, LA. As a Registered Dietitian with our Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to identify and assess the nutritional needs of assigned patients / residents, initiate interventions to achieve and / or maintain individuals nutritional status, and enhance quality of life consistent with patient’s / resident’s goals.  We can offer a flexible schedule for this opportunity!

What you'll be doing :

• Providing nutritional expertise to the health care team and educating patients / residents, staff, or consultants.
• Following the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Interacting with other departments in setting up procedures and policies, and in problem solving as it relates to dining service and nutrition.
• Actively participating in the development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.
