Job Title : Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location : Florence, SC

Pay Rate : 33.17 / hr

Shift : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (occasional weekend overtime if needed)

This position involves operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across multiple systems — mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more. Key Responsibilities :

• Perform daily maintenance and repair work across mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire / life safety, and control systems.
• Handle preventive maintenance, ensuring all building systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Inspect, calibrate, clean, and replace components to keep HVAC and related equipment performing at peak levels.
• Record readings, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments for system reliability.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and comply with all facility safety policies.
• Identify and correct safety hazards before they become issues.
• Manage tool inventory and assist with purchasing and maintenance supplies as needed.

Pay Details : 33.00 per hour
