Maintenance Technician

Location : St. Joseph, MO (DAP - Pear Street)

Pay : Starting at $32.01 / hr, with wage progression per the collective bargaining agreement. Shift differentials : 2nd shift +$1.00 / hr, 3rd shift +$2.00 / hr, weekend shift +$0.29 / hr. Paid weekly on Fridays.

Shifts : Primarily 2nd shift (3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm). Overtime and weekends may be required.

About the Plant

Our St. Joseph, Missouri Dry Assembly Plant (DAP) opened in 1973 and now employs more than 860 people. The facility manufactures automotive and marine batteries and is a key contributor to Clarios’ global supply chain. The site is active in the community through initiatives such as holiday drives, recognition events, and partnerships with local organizations.
