Pay Rate : $78 - $83 / Hour

This is a lead quality engineer role focused on testing and quality assurance.

Role Focus :

Responsible for functional testing, non-functional requirement development, and performance testing.
Must have a solid understanding of white box and black box testing, and be proficient in test automation.

Team Dynamic :

Described as the Yin and Yang of the company's software development model, with one group developing the code and the Systems Engineer team focusing on testing the code.

Description :

A System engineer may be experienced in one or more of the following :

Window-based systems, Linux, Mac, mid-range based system, Mainframe, storage area network, desktop technologies.

Should be knowledgeable of performance and security related issues.

Will work closely with developers, Project managers and Architects.

Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field and 10 + years of relevant experience.
