Salary : $110,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Details

Review and manage the preparation of complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.

Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients.

Supervise, mentor, and develop staff accountants and senior-level team members.

Monitor engagement timelines and budgets to ensure efficient project delivery.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and problem-solving.

Stay current on tax law changes and apply relevant knowledge to client engagements.

Qualifications

Active CPA license required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public accounting, focused on complex tax work.

Supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred.

Must be available to work in-office at least 3 days per week during the first year.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
