What You'll Do :

  • Analyze plans and specifications to prepare accurate material, equipment, and labor estimates for HVAC and Plumbing projects
  • Produce and manage bids across the entire sales cycle, Plan / Spec and Design / Build
  • Assemble complete, professional quotation packages and track bid status with customers
  • Develop clear, detailed submittal packages that reflect our high standards
  • Communicate across sales, operations, and clients to ensure alignment throughout the bid process
  • Recommend the best equipment and value-engineered solutions to meet customer needs
  • Stay up to date on new technology and industry trends
  • Work closely with vendors and manufacturers to ensure accuracy and project success
  • Assist in implementing change orders during ongoing projects
  • Occasionally complete or revise drawings as needed

    • What You Bring :

  • 2-year degree (minimum) and 5+ years of experience estimating HVAC and / or Plumbing projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints Knowledge of a wide range of HVAC and plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience in HVAC or plumbing system design is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
