Responsibilities

• Act as overall Electronic Security subject matter expert for National and International multi-site deployments, relating to video surveillance, intrusion alarms, and card access technologies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various manufacturer product lines and disseminate training related information when available.
• Provide remote support and act as the main technical point of contact for assigned field technicians working on various technologies including video surveillance, intrusion alarms, and card access systems.
• Manage assigned workload and deliver services in accordance with established objectives set forth by the Project Team.
• Work with central station monitoring provider to set up new accounts and monitor day-to-day alarms and troubles pertaining to intrusion alarms.
• Provide regular technical check-ins to cloud-based systems relating to video surveillance, intrusion alarm, and card access technologies to confirm system functionality.
• Consult with assigned customers, vendors, sales, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues for assigned customer projects.
• Provide daily updates on the status of scheduled deployments.

Eligibility

Compensation

Pay Range : $75,000—$90,000 USD
