Essential Functions and Primary Duties :

• Prepare journal entries on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis
• Manage and reconcile company cash accounts
• Complete account reconciliations and prepare reports as assigned
• Serve as accounting liaison between functional groups
• Assist with documentation for auditing purposes
• Assist with the compilation of quarterly SOX survey results
• Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
