Responsibilities
Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met proactively.
Policy Administration : Manage and service client insurance policies efficiently and accurately.
Consultative Selling : Assess clients insurance needs and recommend additional coverage to enhance protection.
Issue Resolution : Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining high satisfaction.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive account growth.
Continuous Learning : Stay informed on industry changes and new products to better serve clients.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Texas Property & Casualty License required (Life license a plus).
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in an insurance account management role, preferably in an independent agency.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Problem-Solving : Strong ability to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with insurance management software preferred.
Detail-Oriented : Commitment to accuracy and high-quality service.
