Job Description
Professional level sales position capable of supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. The position is responsible for profitable growth of the commercial business through customer retention and growth. The role partners with the GM to manage team members and requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts. The ability to source from various channels including special orders, FDO, second sourcing, etc., is essential. The role also involves directing drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This is a full-time position.

Essential Job Skills
Prior Experience
A minimum of 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred, with proven sales ability and team supervision experience.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Certificates and Licenses
ASE certification preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Must be able to walk, stand, talk, hear, and handle objects. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Must have good vision and manual dexterity.
Work Environment
Primarily indoor work, with occasional outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise is possible.
Position is eligible for sales commission based on performance.
Compensation Range
$18.15 - $19.96 per hour
