CNC LASER / PUNCH MACHINE

Monday - Friday

7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Operate and monitor punch and laser machines to ensure proper function and quality
  • Detect and troubleshoot malfunctions or misalignments during operation
  • Install, align, and secure punches and dies using gauges and hand tools
  • Inspect finished pieces for accuracy using visual checks and measuring tools
  • Read job orders to determine hole locations or cutting lines
  • Maintain count of parts being run
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Select proper tools and dies for each job
  • Determine necessary tools and equipment for assigned tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Familiarity with machine tools and mechanical systems, including maintenance
  • Availability for overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong math skills and mechanical reasoning
  • Proficient in reading and understanding technical instructions
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
  • Ability to follow patterns and sequences accurately
  • Physical stamina to push, pull, and lift heavy objects
  • Visual-spatial ability to anticipate movement or rearrangement of parts
  • Strong control precision for adjusting machine settings
