Part-Time Overnight Front Desk Agent - Night Auditor (11 pm - 7 am) : Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Night Shifts

We are looking for an individual to provide superior customer service through every guest encounter. Must like smiling, being helpful, and have a positive, can-do attitude.

Compensation : $17.50 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
- General bookkeeping : ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date
- Handle customer complaints as necessary
- Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
- Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
- Give every guest a warm welcome and check them in, ensuring you provide the correct keys and room numbers
- Check guests out when they leave, ensuring an excellent stay and a warm goodbye
- Make guestroom deliveries, keep the front desk clean, and walk the property. Complete other tasks as necessary
- Manage room bookings in person, online, and through incoming calls
Qualifications :
Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsComfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situationsPossesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferredHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentWorking knowledge of using computers, the internet, and smartphonesPositive attitude, good customer service skillsNeatly groomed, fingernails trimmed and maintained, no face or neck tattoosLikes to stay up late or is a night owlAbout Company
