  • Role Overview This Senior AV Installation Technician will focus on executing and finalizing mid-to-large scale integration projects.
  • You'll operate with a high degree of independence, ideally able to close out jobs including programming, but what's most important is a strong technical base paired with a growth mindset.

  • Key Responsibilities Lead production installations including wiring, rack building, device setup, and final trim-out.
  • Commission systems with control interfaces such as Control4 and / or Savant.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and client stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV and networking issues in the field.
  • Serve as a team mentor (informally to start) with the potential to grow into a leadership role.
  • Qualifications Experience in AV or home automation installation.
  • Proficiency with at least one control platform (e.g., Control4 or Savant); programming ability is highly preferred.
  • Ability to operate independently and drive a project to completion.
  • Humble, confident personality; a willingness to pull cable or jump in wherever needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and a dependable, punctual work ethic.
  • Nice to Have Qualifications Certifications in Control4, Ubiquiti Unifi, Crestron, or Lutron (not required but highly valued) Experience working in a collaborative, team oriented environment Ability to coach and mentor junior technicians, contributing to the overall success of the service team Compensation :
