job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience for specialized early childhood roles. Manage onboarding, HR systems, payroll, and ensure compliance with licensing, I-9s, EEO, background checks, and other regulations. Supervise and coach HR Specialists, Recruiters, and Coordinators; set expectations, track performance, and foster growth. Address high-volume staffing challenges creatively, use HR data to guide decisions, and support the growth of ECE Subhub. Demonstrate Integrity, Excellence, Community, and Equity in your work, decisions, and interactions. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field. 3–5+ years of combined HR operations and recruiting experience. Experience managing compliance, HR systems (ATS, HRIS, payroll, onboarding), and talent acquisition. Strong leadership and team development experience. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Availability for remote work with occasional in-person meetings in Metro Detroit.
