Our clients range from $100+ billion AUM firms to independent sponsors and family offices. Backed by more than 70 years of exclusive focus on the built environment, our mission is to help sponsors unlock growth, enhance performance, and create lasting value in this vital industry.

We are seeking a high-energy consultant with a strong background in company operations across the built environment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings a curiosity-driven, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering results. In this role, you will work with financial sponsor clients both pre- and post-transaction, providing advisory services such as operational due diligence and value creation planning. You will gain direct exposure to stakeholders throughout the deal process and hold period, engaging with sensitive information and operating at the forefront of M&A activity in the sector.

This is a full-time opportunity based in our Denver, Colorado office, with moderate travel requirements (up to 30%).
