Overview Account Coordinator - Orlando Florida, Hybrid
Scope : 6-month contract with high potential to extend or convert, includes options for medical, dental, and vision benefits, PTO, and holiday pay.
Hourly Rate Range : $30 to $33
We’re looking for an Account Coordinator (AC) to join our team and help manage the execution of communications projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll partner with business teams and creatives to kick off projects, track timelines and budgets, and ensure all deliverables are on brand, legally compliant, and delivered on time. You’ll keep projects moving, build strong cross-functional relationships, and play a key part in delivering great work that exceeds client expectations.
What You’ll Do Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables through established processes and workflow systems
Create and track project plans, including milestones, deadlines, and budgets
Review incoming requests, flag items that need higher-level brand input, and ensure client service agreements are met
Support the creative process by gathering briefs, managing approvals, and sharing updates with teams and leadership
Communicate clear project status updates and ensure final work meets brand and legal standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share program results to improve future work
Proactively identify issues, resolve roadblocks, and suggest process improvements
What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in account management, communications, or project management (agency or in-house)
Associate’s degree required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-focused mindset with proven project management skills
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
