Outside Sales Representative
Territory : Pensacola / Panama City Area
SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
The Outside Salesperson will work with clients to provide a successful customer experience. The Outside Salesperson will generate sales of all products. Will work with existing customers and secure prospective new customers and clients by phone, e-mail and direct office appointments providing detailed information on product specifications, services, pricing and delivery and install scheduling. Will focus on builders, designers, remodelers, and most importantly, residential single-family home builders.
Outside Sales Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent sales support and customer experience to all accounts
- Conduct sales presentation of products and services to customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with all accounts
- Employee acknowledges that if the account desires another local sales representative or
a change in sales representatives, company has the obligation to meet the clients request
Visit jobsites as needed to provide the required sales supportCommunicate lead times and work with scheduling changesAssist customers via emailAttend training functions as requiredParticipate in sales meetings as requiredCollect deposits and balances before deliveryFollow up phone calls to secure ordersParticipate in after hour events and sponsorships as requiredResolve customer issuesGenerate and develop new customer business accounts to increase revenue at a profitable levelFollow up to ensure customer satisfactionAssist in collections as necessaryOutside Customer Service Essential Functions & Responsibilities

2 - 5 years experience / hands-on knowledge working closely with single-family home builders within the construction product sales industrySelf-motivated, driven to close salesAbility to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside of the CompanyComputer literate; working knowledge of MS OfficeMust possess a valid drivers license and good driving recordBENEFITS

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time Monday Friday position that requires overtime as business needs dictate.
