Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in Pocatello, ID. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and handling labor and employment law matters. Day-to-day tasks include representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, and collaborating with other attorneys to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Law and Legal Advice skills
  • Experience in Labor and Employment Law
  • Strong Research and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Idaho State Bar
