Roles and Responsibilities :

As an A / P Clerk, you will be responsible for :

Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.

Reconcile credit card transactions as part of monthly accounting processes.

Ensure secure transmission of payment data to financial institutions via Positive Pay System.

Collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Assisting with month-end closing procedures and reporting.

Supporting audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Engaging with vendors to foster positive relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounts payable operations.

Experience with Foundation Accounting Software is a plus but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel

Experience Level :

Preferred experience level is 5 to 10 years in accounts payable or a related field.
