This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Architect in the United States .

The Senior Solutions Architect will serve as the key technical leader for strategic partner initiatives, driving end-to-end solution architecture and implementation. You will design scalable, secure integrations, guide partners through technical complexities, and ensure rapid, reliable launches across multiple geographies. The role involves creating reusable playbooks, tools, and processes to standardize integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, and risk. You will troubleshoot issues, translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, and build trust with senior stakeholders. This is an opportunity to shape the solutions engineering strategy, drive partner success, and make a meaningful impact on long-term growth.

Accountabilities :

  • Architect, design, and implement partner integrations, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Lead integration projects from scoping to launch, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical partner issues, working closely with engineering teams as needed.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions that accelerate partner onboarding and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams to ensure smooth integration launches.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, solution design documents (SDDs), statements of work (SOWs), playbooks, and other reusable assets.
  • Enable partners with test plans, templates, Postman collections, and technical resources to ensure seamless integration.
  • Build credibility with senior stakeholders by demonstrating technical expertise and business acumen.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or implementation, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs and system integrations (REST, Webhooks, GraphQL).
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bonus : experience supporting multi-geography fintech or SaaS integrations, including localization, compliance, or payments.
  • Must be US-based, preferably in the Pacific time zone.
