Responsibilities as an Entry Level Management Trainee :

• Attend regularly scheduled meetings to gain knowledge on sales techniques products or services and to stay up-to-date with new deals or sales promotions
• Set the example as a leader and demonstrate our company values of recognition, respect, accountability, and trust
• Develop trusting connections by promoting a positive experience, engaging and educating customers, and referring as appropriate
• Learn all aspects of the business consulting industry through our management trainee program and shadowing our senior management staff
• Assist customers with any questions, problems, and concerns related to products, services, or sales promotions
• Coach, and motivate team members to drive sales revenue that delivers exceptional customer service
