We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our Customer Support team. This is an hourly, full-time role suited for someone who excels in communication, thrives on efficiency, and is passionate about providing exceptional support to our customers. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clients and the services they need, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved. Your ability to coordinate, empathize, and problem-solve will make you an integral part of our team.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients needing treatment-related assistance.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments between clients and service providers.
• Provide clear and accurate information about treatment options and procedures.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and support.
• Maintain and update detailed client records in compliance with company policies.
• Proactively follow up with clients to address questions or concerns and confirm appointments.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline treatment processes and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement to enhance the client care experience.

Qualifications

The pay range for this role is :

20 - 27 USD per hour(18092 W Rimrock St.)
