Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS), processes, and procedures.
• Oversee production processes, inspect products or services, and perform statistical analysis to identify trends and potential problems.
• Make sure that products and processes meet established quality standards and relevant industry regulations.
• Lead initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• Supervise and guide quality control personnel, providing training and support to ensure they have the necessary skills.
• Prepare reports on quality performance, findings, and recommendations for senior management and other stakeholders.
