- Hourly Rate : $27.74 - $45.46, based on your experience.
- Evening Differential : $2.50 / hr.
- Night Differential : $3.00 / hr.

Our Surgical Unit at Norman Regional is on the lookout for passionate new graduates or experienced RNs to join our dynamic TEAM! With 32 beds, our Surgical Unit cares for patients with both surgical and nonsurgical conditions. You will engage in the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible treatment for our patients.
Your Responsibilities
As an RN, your essential functions will include :
Assessment / Reassessment : Systematically assess and reassess the healthcare needs of individuals, involving patients, families, and other healthcare providers as appropriate.Nursing Diagnosis and Outcomes : Analyze assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes, collaborating with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.Implementation and Coordination of Care : Provide nursing care through interventions to achieve goals, guided by current evidence-based practices, regulations, and policies.Evaluation : Evaluate patient outcomes using critical thinking and evidence-based knowledge to recognize problems and reach sound conclusions.Discharge Planning : Assess discharge needs related to the plan of care, utilizing resources as needed.Professional Practice : Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice.Qualifications
Education :
Diploma or Associate’s Degree (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.Experience :
Previous experience in the healthcare field is preferred.(These requirements can be met through a combination of education and experience.)
Licensure / Certification :
Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or active Multistate RN license.Basic Life Support (BLS) training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.Current BLS certification must be maintained through re-training for the duration of employment.New graduates are required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.Ready to make a difference?
