Are you a detail-driven billing pro ready to dive into the world of prosthetics?

Were seeking a Prosthetic Medical Biller to join our dynamic team! This role is perfect for someone whos confident with insurance billing, passionate about accuracy, and excited to work within a specialized medical field full of unique challenges and rewards.

As a Prosthetic Medical Biller, youll be the mastermind behind the billing processensuring claims are reviewed, scrubbed, and submitted correctly the first time . You'll play a critical role in navigating the ins and outs of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance policies, all while making a real difference in patients' lives.

Responsibilities :

Insurance Billing & Claims Management

  • Submit primary, secondary, tertiary, and corrected claims through billing software, clearinghouses, portals, and paper methods
  • Scrub claims for compliance based on client service contracts and company guidelines
  • Compile and submit Additional Documentation Responses (ADR) when needed

Revenue Cycle Administration

  • Handle verification and prior authorization submissions
  • Accurately document all actions and updates across multiple billing platforms

    • Client Support & Communication

  • Share billing updates and tips with the Client Success Manager to ensure everyone stays aligned with the latest regulations

    • Tech Proficiency

  • Work confidently across multiple software platforms tailored to assigned account(s)

    • Our Ideal Candidate :

  • Proven experience in medical billing (prosthetics experience a plus!)
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple billing systems
  • A proactive mindset with great communication skills
