Shift : Friday - Sunday, 6 am - 7 : 30 pm

$20 / hour plus $1 / hour Shift Differential - Great benefits after 30 days!

Purpose of Role :

The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently load and unload customer trailers, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. Forklift Operators will also be tasked with moving materials across the operation to meet production requirements and assist in manual hand-sorting of pallets according to product specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safety and Compliance :

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols to support the achievement of the Plan to Zero (PTZ) safety goal.

Accurately sort pallets by product type, manufacturer, and quality grade, based on visual inspections.

Meet and sustain production and quality targets consistently.

Work effectively within a diverse team environment, adhering to the company’s mission and values.
