Job Responsibilities :

Provide individual and group counseling services to students to address academic, behavioral, and personal challenges.

Develop and implement intervention plans to support students mental health and well-being.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote a positive and supportive learning environment.

Conduct crisis intervention and provide appropriate referrals when necessary.

Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.

Participate in school-wide programs and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications :

Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Active Missouri state license (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent).

Prior experience working in a school or educational setting preferred.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
