Key Responsibilities
Generate hypotheses based on analytical data and customer journey maps
Create business specifications and launch experiments using various CRM channels
Analyze results of experiments and interact with key stakeholders to improve processes and products
Required Qualifications
Experience with CRM / CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, and BI-systems
Understanding of key CRM metrics such as retention rate and churn rate
High level of knowledge in business metrics like revenue and ARPPU
Strong command of both Russian and English
Experience with SQL is a plus
