About the Role

As an Associate Account Manager at Rho, you will begin your career at the intersection of Customer Success, Account Management, and fintech innovation. This role is designed as a launchpad for professionals eager to learn the inner workings of a fast-paced fintech startup, with a clear progression path toward becoming a true Account Manager. You will work closely with senior Account Managers, owning the service and concierge aspect of customer relationships and supporting the full customer journey from onboarding to ongoing success.

You will partner cross-functionallyincluding with Product, Customer Service, and Salesto deliver consultative value and maximize the adoption and retention of Rho's full product suite.

Responsibilities

Own the service and concierge component of the customer success journey in partnership with Customer Architects and Sales.

Support onboarding, implementation, and experience initiatives for new and existing customers.

Develop relationships with key users to understand their business needs and objectives, escalating complex requirements to senior team members.

Guide customer stakeholders through product adoption, providing exceptional service and fostering growth.

Collaborate with Account Executives and the Account Management team to hand off and successfully onboard new clients.

Monitor and track customer usage, satisfaction, and retention metrics.

Support identification of upsell opportunities by surfacing customer feedback to Account Managers.

Draw actionable insights from analytics and customer reports.

Maintain accurate and timely records in Rho's CRM tools and systems.

Engage in self-directed learning to master Rho's platform, rapidly gaining familiarity with fintech solutions and best practices.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a professional client-facing, customer success, or account support role (internships included).

Experience working in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth environments preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to support multiple clients or stakeholders simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Background or coursework in business, finance, or relevant field is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $60,000 $65,000; on-target earnings (OTE) : $80,000 $90,000.

Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.

In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off.
