Pay : $24-$27 / hr | Full-Time | Onsite

What You'll Do

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on dealership buildings, grounds, and equipment

Troubleshoot and repair issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems

Support remodeling projects, painting, basic construction, and office furniture assembly

Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality service and timely repairs

Maintain safety compliance by attending meetings, keeping accurate logs, and following OSHA and dealership standards

What We're Looking For

Skilled in general maintenance and basic building repairs

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Dependable, organized, and self-motivated

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights using ladders or lifts

Clean driving record (required for occasional travel between locations)

Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
