Marketing Intern (Year Round Internship)

SUMMARY :

The Client Service Intern Marketing and Implementation position is an integral part of our team. The role is central within the organization and is responsible for supporting our salespeople and for producing high quality materials consistent with company branding and formatting.

The individual in this position will participate in company-wide projects that involve working with different teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual to contribute meaningfully to a growing business and gain valuable experience.

Key personality traits for success include high energy and drive, the ability to work on a team and a questioning mind. The position is hybrid. During the first three months of employment, the individual will be expected to be in the office up to three days a week for training. After the initial three-month period, their schedule will be determined based on their manager's discretion.

Position Responsibilities :

Update client / sales PowerPoint presentations

Compile and coordinate prospective client and marketing research

Create marketing materials and update websites

Research / Update / Develop statistics for presentations and enrollment materials

Prospect research (D&B, miedge / Zwayve, SPD search)

Create and maintain enrollment communications templates

Support Implementation team leads on project tracking, creating enrollment timelines and successful onboarding of implementation client

Liaison between implementation team and company wide teams on updates of implementation clients

Enrollment tracking of implementation clients

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will possess :

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

Knowledge of HTML / SQL is a plus

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus

An active insurance license (Life and Health) or availability to obtain a license within three months.

Education / Experience :

Bachelor's degree in progress : Sophomore or Junior preferred

Preferred degree : Business Administration, Marketing, Communications

The base salary range for this position is $18.00 $25.00 an hour. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
