Key Responsibilities
Triage Center Support Billing tickets through ServiceNow and Connect Wise
Complete PCI Compliance documentation and manage special projects / tasks
Communicate with Centers on various topics and follow up with patients via telephone and written correspondence
Required Qualifications
Experience with RCM systems as needed
Proficient in using Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
Highly organized and able to multi-task
Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
