We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities and Aircraft Cleaning Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for keeping our hangar, offices, and aircraft clean, organized, and presentable, while also assisting with light maintenance tasks. The position begins as a part-time, contract role (1020 hours per week) with the potential for growth into part-time employment and expanded hours in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hangar facilities, including floors, windows, and common areas.
• Perform routine office cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, restrooms, etc.).
• Assist with interior and exterior aircraft cleaning and detailing.
• Support basic facility maintenance tasks (light repairs, organizing supplies, etc.).
• Help maintain a safe, professional, and orderly work environment.
• Handle tasks that may require working in heat, cold, or physically demanding conditions.

Compensation & Schedule

Starting as a contract position, 1020 hours per week. Flexible scheduling; occasional evenings or weekends may be required. Opportunity for increased hours and part-time employment as business needs grow.
