Role Overview

The Merchandise & Planning Coordinator will play a key support role within LESET’s Merchandising team, assisting the Director of Merchandise & Planning in all aspects of assortment planning, inventory management, reporting, and cross-functional communication. This individual will ensure that products are accurately tracked across channels, key reports are delivered on time, and internal teams are aligned on seasonal and core strategies. This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented, organized, and analytical team player who is eager to grow in merchandise planning.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandise Planning & Strategy Support

• Assist in building seasonal and core merchandise plans across wholesale, DTC, and retail.
• Update and maintain line plans, style counts, and assortment trackers.
• Support the creation of line sheets, JOOR uploads, and seasonal planning tools.
• Compile post-season sell-in reports and competitive analysis to support future business decisions.
