Duties and Responsibilities

Web Standards & Compliance Leadership

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of web compliance and quality assurance standards, including accessibility (WCAG), UX best practices, content quality, and brand alignment.
• Serve as the product owner for compliance-related processes and tools within Loyola's enterprise CMS (Terminalfour).
• Monitor web performance and compliance using Siteimprove, Google, and other tools (including AI platforms); analyze findings and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Own and manage workflows, permissions, tools, and contributor guidelines that support effective governance and content quality control across LUC.edu.
• Identify gaps in compliance, recommend solutions, and track resolution progress through defined processes.

Minimum Education and / or Work Experience

Bachelor's degree and two to four years of experience in design / marketing environment with a significant focus on Web projects and Web programming. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
