Mentor and develop machinists, supervisors, and cross-functional team members. Oversee scheduling, workflow, and resources using ERP / MRP systems. Monitor tooling, materials, and machine utilization to maximize efficiency. Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to maintain precision standards. Drive Lean / 5S / continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues quickly. Track production and quality KPIs and act on trends. 5+ years of machining experience (CNC + manual required). 2+ years of leadership experience in a machine shop or manufacturing setting. Knowledge of tooling, materials, and machining processes. ERP / MRP scheduling experience. Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T. Background with Lean / 5S / Six Sigma practices a plus.
