job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform nuclear medicine procedures, including imaging and non-imaging studies, following established protocols Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety standards and regulations Operate imaging equipment (e.g., SPECT / CT) and ensure proper calibration and maintenance Monitor patients during procedures and assess for adverse reactions Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records in the EMR (EPIC) Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality diagnostic outcomes Maintain radiation safety protocols for patients, staff, and self Respond to consultations across various departments as part of a mobile imaging team Certification : ARRT (N) required License : Valid Virginia Radiologic Technologist License or VA Temporary License (must verify status before start) Certifications : BLS (AHA only) Experience : Minimum 2+ years of recent Nuclear Medicine Tech experience in an acute care setting EMR Experience : EPIC preferred Other : Must be comfortable working in a mobile team environment and adapting to varied patient types 401k retirement plan Health savings account Referral bonus Medical benefits Dental benefits Vision benefits
