Job Duties :
Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including imaging and non-imaging studies, following established protocolsPrepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety standards and regulationsOperate imaging equipment (e.g., SPECT / CT) and ensure proper calibration and maintenanceMonitor patients during procedures and assess for adverse reactionsAccurately document procedures and maintain patient records in the EMR (EPIC)Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality diagnostic outcomesMaintain radiation safety protocols for patients, staff, and selfRespond to consultations across various departments as part of a mobile imaging teamQualifications & Requirements :
Certification : ARRT (N) requiredLicense : Valid Virginia Radiologic Technologist License or VA Temporary License (must verify status before start)Certifications : BLS (AHA only)Experience : Minimum 2+ years of recent Nuclear Medicine Tech experience in an acute care settingEMR Experience : EPIC preferredOther : Must be comfortable working in a mobile team environment and adapting to varied patient typesAbout Prime Time Healthcare
