Function / Position Summary : Each Network Digital Media Professional develops and updates content for the school websites and social media platforms within one of the five school networks. While each school remains primarily responsible for updating its own website and social media, the Network Digital Media Professional assists those efforts across the network. This role provides training and troubleshooting support for websites and social media, as well as social media content review and creation and website review and layout changes. The position is designed to ensure equality for all schools within the network regarding the quality and consistency of digital media, as directed by the Senior Communications Specialist who supervises the management of the digital media platforms. Digital content is created in accordance with Communications & Community Relations Department posting guidelines. Network Digital Media Professionals will ensure that content positively features the district, its students, its employees, and / or its educational programming to bolster school pride and engagement among the network communities.
