job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFull-time, permanent position H1B visa candidates welcome to apply Primarily outpatient clinical role with inpatient responsibilities Standard office hours (Mon-Thurs : 8am-5pm / Friday 8am-12pm) Protected administrative time (5 days clinic time with .5-day admin time per week) 36 patient contact hours / 4 admin hours Call Schedule : 10 days per month, supported by telemedicine and a tele-stroke program Cerner EMR Average Patient Volume : 18-22 patients per day Demographics : Patient Demographics : Adults with a wide range of neurological conditions. Visit Types : General neurology consultations, follow-ups, and diagnostic testing. Typical Procedures : EMG, EEG, nerve conduction studies, and Botox injections. Support Services : Telemedicine for consults, EMG tech onsite, and a tele-stroke program in place. Sign-on Bonus : $30k+ sign-on bonus to assist with the transition. Competitive Compensation : Guaranteed base salary (typically MGMA median) + WRVU bonuses Comprehensive Benefits : Health, dental, & vision; supplemental insurance options (short / long-term disability, accidental, cancer, life); retirement plans with employer match. Student Loan Repayment : Eligible for loan repayment assistance through the PSLF program, helping to manage and reduce student debt.
