Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk suppliers.

What You Will Be Doing As the Sr. Subcontract Management you will support both FAR 12 and FAR 15 procurements. You will be responsible for :

• Procurement delegation, sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
• Lead the development of subcontract specifications and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX. This position is Hybrid- 50% on site Mondays & Tuesdays required.

Bachelors Degree plus 5+ plus years of supply chain experience Demonstrated experience with Commercial Item Review Board, Commercial Item Determination subcontracts Demonstrated Exceptional Compliance Performance Intermediate level MS Office Proficiency Aero Codes, LMAPs - Ability to work flexibly both independently and in team environment.

Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

= 50% Part time telecommuting First Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
