About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Franchise Development Associate to support franchise growth and brand expansion. This role will focus on identifying business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and building strong relationships, while providing support to the senior franchise development team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote franchise and business development opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, email outreach, and networking.
  • Present the brand to prospective partners and improve overall brand awareness.
  • Research and develop new markets for franchise growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Report regularly to the Franchise Development Senior Manager on development progress and results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in business development, sales, or marketing preferred.
  • Experience in F&B sales or related industries a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, personable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
