Job Responsibilities / Duties :
Part time (15 - 22 hrs / week), weekend and weekday shifts. Saturday shift a must.Responsible for either opening or closing shiftsResponsible for cash management processesProvides courteous customer service and responds to customer's questions, complaints or requests.Directs any unresolved issues to the General ManagerAssists supervised staff in their job performance during peak activity periods or as requiredManages cleaning and maintenance of park during their shiftCommunicates low inventory levels for concessions, cleaning supplies, etc.Maintains an image of competence and professionalism to customers, employees and managementMaintains proper employee / employer relations and addresses any questions in a timely and open mannerCommunicates any employee issues with General ManagerProvides or performs other services or duties as required by General ManagerSkills and Qualifications :
Looking for managers with an excellent work ethicPrevious experience managing part-time employeesMust have professional communication skills including phone etiquette and e-mail correspondence.Be able to work independently while taking direction from General ManagerEffective problem solving and decision making skillsExcels in, multi-tasking, staying calm and collected even in stressful situationsSelf-starterEach member of our team is vital to providing an exceptional experience for our guests!
