Elements Massage Front Desk Lead Wellness Membership Advisor

Elements Massage in Alamo, CA has an immediate need for a part-time front desk Lead Wellness Membership Advisor working 5 shifts per week at a growing massage studio.

Seeking an individual with a strong sales background, leadership skills and experience leading teams, preferably with full availability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Evenings and weekends are the busiest time for the massage studio. Each shift ranges from 5 to 8 hours, for a total of approx. 25-30 hours per week. We are open 7 days a week Monday through Saturday, generally 10am to 8pm; Sundays from 10a-7pm.

Competitive base pay, of $19.00 to 23.00 per hour depending on experience

Monthly bonus pay based on meeting wellness membership sales targets

The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.

The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service.

Strong sales experience and business acumen preferred; selling memberships or services in?person to potential clients.

Customer Service in a spa?like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish your value with attention, hospitality, and execution.

Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy?to?learn computer programs.
