Job Description

Schedule : 7am-3 : 30pm - Monday-Friday

Job Summary : As a Labeling Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating, developing, and organizing labeling and packaging for both CP Fresh products and private label customers. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Quality Assurance, Research & Development, Sales, Marketing, and plant personnelto create accurate and compliant regulatory content for product graphics.

In this position, you will be responsible for validating all regulatory information and claims on labeling and packaging, ensuring that every detail meets industry standards and ensures compliance with FDA, USDA, as well as SQF standards. You will also manage the creation of generic approval records and secure USDA sketch approvals, as needed, prior to plant production.

To thrive in this role, you must be highly organized, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to make independent decisions that ensure compliance and accuracy. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in maintaining high standards and ensuring regulatory success.
