Position Summary : As a Data Governance Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures to ensure the integrity, security, and effective use of our data across various systems. You will lead data governance initiatives, working closely with cross-functional departments and leadership to ensure compliance with data governance standards and support our core systems. Additionally, you will focus on optimizing data quality, integrity, and compliance while overseeing the management and implementation of key data management practices, including potential team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage data governance and MDM initiatives, collaborating with various departments to promote best practices and support organizational goals.
• Monitor, report on, and improve data governance metrics and performance across the organization.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff on data governance policies and procedures.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to optimize data management tools, processes, and systems, ensuring alignment with governance standards.
• Support the management and optimization of principal systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, case management systems like Filevine) to maintain data integrity.
• Assist with the integration of data management software and tools, such as Palantir, Data Sentinel, Qlik, and ETL tools.
• Potentially lead a team to ensure efficient execution of data governance initiatives and the overall quality of data systems.
