The Role

As a Senior Brand Designer at Baseten, you'll help shape and evolve our brand identity across everything we create - marketing assets, landing pages, event materials, out-of-home campaigns, and more. You'll work closely with marketing and sales to deliver impactful creative and with design to build a consistent, high-quality brand that connects across all channels. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can drive multiple projects at once, care deeply about craft, and want to design a brand in one of the fastest-growing fields of our era, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• A strong portfolio showcasing sharp visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading design across a range of assets : landing pages, decks, events, campaigns, etc.
• Ability to lead multiple projects while maintaining a high bar for craft and quality.
• A collaborative mindset - you'll work closely with the design team and stakeholders and own projects end to end.
• Bonus : Motion design and video editing chops.
• Big bonus : Experience designing for a developer / technical audience.
