3D Printing Construction Project Manager

Location : Houston, Texas

Type : Full-time, Hybrid

Compensation : $80,000 – $130,000 + Equity Incentives

Benefits : 2 Weeks PTO + Vehicle Allowance

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience (construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and project management software (Smartsheets, BuilderTrend, or similar)
• Familiarity with robotic systems, automation, and 3D printing processes
• Experience managing subcontractors, deliveries, and cross-functional teams
• Background in construction quality control, scheduling, and budget management
• Strong communication and client-facing skills

Job Summary

We are looking for a new position in our company, that might not exist anywhere else in the world yet : a 3D Printing Construction Project Manager . This role will contain many traditional elements of project management : handling timelines, project progress, coordinating schedules, personnel, and deliveries. This role will handle the 3D printing logistics for building homes — anywhere from 1 to 80 at a time (our smallest and largest projects). You will work with 3D printing operators and customers or builder / developers to help us tackle the 3D printing work for our projects.

The 3D printing project manager we are looking for will play a pivotal role between our 3D printing construction fleet, comprising of several robotic systems and personnel, and our projects and customers. You will be expected to maintain a tight management system with a BuilderTrend-like product or Smartsheets, and spend time both in our warehouse facility where we run daily operations with our team and machinery, and in the field on construction sites.
