Experience working with small and close tolerance parts + / -0.0005” Experience handling rare earth permanent magnets or materials with similar characteristics, such as ceramics and ferrite, highly desired. Experience with spray coatings is also highly desired. BS Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Strong communication skills, ability to communicate complex engineering issues to all parties, including customers, management and shop operators. Very detail oriented. Positive attitude; enjoys working in a collaborative work environment. Excellent work ethic.

My client is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a qualified Senior Engineer to add to its team :
Sr. Manufacturing Engineer
- Analyze and improve existing processes in the fabrication of permanent magnets and magnet assemblies with respect to quality, productivity and cost.
- Troubleshoot and correct process issues.
- Identify, specify, layout and implement new fabrication and assembly processes.
- Author procedures and work instructions per QMS requirements.
- Other engineering functions as assigned.
