We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations for commercial and defense aerospace programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, improving manufacturing processes, and owning the build plan from concept through production.

What You’ll Do :

  • Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies that support efficient, high-quality builds.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions across disciplines.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of manufacturing plans, work instructions, and build architectures.
  • Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure process capability meets design requirements.
  • Provide producibility feedback and contribute to best practice documentation.
  • Evaluate and resolve complex design or build issues impacting performance, cost, or schedule.
  • Validate and ensure production readiness of new or modified manufacturing solutions.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve flow and eliminate waste.

What You’ll Need :

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
  • Solid understanding of electrical and / or mechanical manufacturing processes and assembly sequencing.
  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing systems such as PDM, CAPP, CMES, MESci, EPARTs, or GOLDesp .
  • Experience working within structured manufacturing systems (aerospace or similar industries preferred).
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years in a Manufacturing Engineering role.
  • Experience leading or managing projects or teams.
  • Background in space or military electronics manufacturing.
  • Strong project management and estimating skills.
