Unit : Special Care Transplant Unit (G101), Med / Surg Telemetry Contract Length : 13 weeks (potential extension up to 15-16 weeks) Start Date : October 3, 2025 End Date : January 2, 2026 Shifts : 3x12-hour rotating shifts (Day : 7 : 00am–7 : 30pm / Night : 7 : 00pm–7 : 30am; typically 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights) Hours per Week : 36 Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2,250–$2,310 Employment Type : Travel RN (Locum Tenens) Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 18 months of permanent RN experience in Med / Surg Telemetry (MS / Tele) prior to travel assignments 18 months of recent MS / Tele experience (travel experience accepted) Active Ohio RN license or Compact State nursing license Required Certifications : AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (all must be active) One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in MS / Tele specialty Ability to work every other holiday Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (2 attempts maximum) Med / Surg Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med / Surg Telemetry unit Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes Participate in unit orientation, ongoing education, and compliance modules Float to similar clinical units as needed to support hospital operations Discover rewarding travel nursing jobs in Cleveland, Ohio, and take your healthcare career to the next level in a supportive, innovative hospital environment.
